PLA (Polylactic Acid) offers impressive strength, with a tensile strength of approximately 7,250 psi (50 MPa). However, it softens at temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F). For more demanding applications, we also offer materials like ABS or PETG—feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs

Frequently asked questions

Can you print moving or articulated parts?

Absolutely! We create durable, well-crafted models with fully functional joints and smooth movement straight off the printer. For added fun, we also offer products that require assembly, perfect for a hands-on experience.

What’s the largest size you can print?

Our company's printers offer a build volume of 256 mm x 256 mm x 256 mm (approximately 10.08 in x 10.08 in x 10.08 in). For larger projects, designs can be efficiently divided into multiple parts and seamlessly assembled after printing.

What’s the resolution or level of detail your printers can achieve?

Our printers deliver exceptional precision, with layer resolutions ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.28 mm. This ensures sharp details and smooth finishes, making them ideal for decorative pieces, prototypes, and functional items. We can also adjust settings to meet the specific needs of your project

Can you print a design I provide?

Yes, we can print a design you provide, depending on its compatibility with our processes and any applicable legal limitations, such as copyright or intellectual property restrictions. Please share your design with us, and we’ll review it to ensure it meets the necessary requirements.

Are your prints safe for food or children?

Our PLA filament is not certified as food-safe or child-safe. While PLA is made from renewable resources and less toxic than some materials, certified food-safe filaments are recommended for food or child-related applications. A food-grade coating can also be applied to create a non-porous, safe surface. Always ensure compliance with safety standards.
