At Collette 3D Creations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, custom 3D-printed products. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our creations, we have established the following return policy to ensure clarity and fairness while complying with Canadian consumer protection laws.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customized items featuring names, colors, or other personalization.

• Products made to specific customer specifications.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for non-custom, standard products under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

We strive for excellence in our creations. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by email at collette3dcreations@gmail.com. Include the following details:

• Proof of purchase (order number).

• A description of the issue.

• Photos of the item showing the defect or error.

Resolution Options:

• Replacement of the defective/incorrect product.

• Repair of the defective product.

• Refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Await confirmation and return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Cancellations

Orders for non-custom products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

Collette 3D Creations is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by shipping carriers, improper handling by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
