1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

1.2 Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

1.3 Language: For customers in Quebec, these Terms are available in French upon request to comply with the Charter of the French Language.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Custom Creations: All 3D models and creations are crafted per your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, slight variations may occur.

2.2 Eco-Friendly Commitment: We strive to use sustainable materials and practices. However, material availability may vary, and specific details will be provided for each product.

2.3 Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor discrepancies may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, debit, credit cards.

3.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes (e.g., GST, HST, PST) and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3.4 Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping: We ship to Canada, Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

4.2 Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Customs and Duties: At this time, we only ship within Canada. For future reference, if we expand to international orders, customers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes, and we will not be liable for delays caused by customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Custom Orders: Custom 3D creations are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during shipping.

5.2 Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom products. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

5.3 Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [collette3dcreations@gmail.com]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5.4 Province-Specific Rules: Some provinces, like Quebec, may have additional consumer protections regarding refunds or cancellations. These will be honored as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: All designs, models, and related materials are the intellectual property of Collette 3D Creations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

6.2 Custom Designs: By submitting a design for customization, you confirm you have the necessary rights to use it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the design for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law
